Focus Groups
As a market research company, Io Data Corporation regularly invites members of the general public and those within certain occupational groups or industries to participate in various types of market research, including focus groups. In a focus group, a professional moderator guides a group of 8 to 10 people in a discussion about specific services, products, or issues. The discussions or interviews usually last anywhere from one hour to two hours, depending on the format. Participants may be compensated for their time.
